Columbus 5 Detroit 4 Final ot

Hughes is a excellent skater and a dynamic defensemen but he is way undersized as a D-man in today's NHL. Tune in tonight and hopefully he will play good .. but if you are looking for the Wings to get bigger he is not the pick. BTW I think he is only a freshmen also. He was fantastic in the regionals. All over the ice. Hey I love him ...lol. He is a wolverine! !!!! Might need a few more years in college or minors !!

Okay thank you. I did notice his size, especially the weight. Is he fast at all? That could overcome a lot.

Watch his post game interviews, I'm autistic and can tell he is pissed off after every loss.

Unlikely he will retire as recapture penalty will kill the wings. More likely tweak his back or some shit like that. Probably has Hossa's doctor on speeddail.

I'd still like to see him get 1000 points. And he was still fairly productive. I think the younger kids can learn from him.

Z still has a lot to contribute to any team in nhl.

Question is how long he wants to keep losing. Those comments in Sweden (which he tried to backtrack) part summer show he is looking to the future.
