DeAngelo Hall a Lion

What about better options in our price range? That's going to be the deciding factor, not skill.

No matter how much the old man is "willing" to spend, he's got a cap and a floor to comply with.

im still not clear of our cap space or any restructures. If were looking for quality at the right proce I think Houston and DRC would be a good tandem. I don't think DRC will command a high price on the market anymore after a couple down years. But I could be wrong.

There is a salary cap in the NFL?

Since when?

I'd love Houston and DRC, but the best anyone can say right now is we have about $6M to spend. Obviously they have ways to create room, but none of us know of any room created yet.

So as far as we know, we're still searching the bargain bins hoping to find a treasure.

DRC headed to Denver for a visit

Thank goodness. I want him no where near this team. We need to start getting skill and less drama this guy is the opposite in both categories.

I definitely don't want Hall unless he's getting under 3mil a year, and even that sate s a little high. He is a very burnable CB with attitude problems. His biggest plus is he has sick ball skills for a CB, among the best hands in the league among DB's, but he will get burned too much for him to be worth it.

Was Hall guarding the #1 wr most the time last year? If so, maybe he wouldn't be so bad if we used him as our #2 corner.

Who would be #1 though?

Houston looks to be gone.

Milliner is an Eagle unless they land Revis.

We haven't been linked to ANY other CB's (I know it doesn't mean we cant sign anyone else....but it seems like a longshot at this point)

Signing Hall would be a downgrade from Houston and we look to be out on Milliner. Even Hall and a top of the 2nd round rookie doesn't really having me gettin my Jiffy pop ready.

I was hoping we'd get Hall for real cheap after hearing Washington kicked him out the way they did, which would leave enough room to sign Houston. If Houston is indeed not coming back, then I agree, we're screwed!

gotta admit...Hall and Crayola in the same locker room would be fun to see the first few days.

They don't have to grab Revis for Milner to pass them. There are other CB's out there to fill holes..

We'll see. Obviously I have no "Inside" information....just going by what I read and the fact that the organization seems to like their top flight CB's. I don't see them being OK with Hall or Grimes or a FA of that caliber and letting Milliner get past them.

Revis to Tampa is done i read...just ironing out the details

and goldson on the way there.....combine that with barron and that is one scary secondary. probably the best in the nfl. that didn't work out for philly though.

Awful in man coverage (just terrible), out of position in zone coverage, good ball skills when he's in position...reported that the lions and Cowboys were looking at him to play safety..I reallllllly hope Detroit gets him first! Lol

Edit: Talking about Hall obviously, not Revis. Lol
