It's hard to get too excited about the Pistons. They were mediocre last year and really didn't do anything to make me think they will be anything different this year.

me too , i thought they could have kept Iso Joe as well and let Kyrie Thomas go . I see no future for him and JJ could have actually helped . Oh well gonna need Woods to ball out !! lol im always excited to start the season , just hope we start hot . Got a very favorable first 25 games to the schedule so we shall see

Yeah I agree. I was watching Thomas and Brown a lot in the summer league .. I like Brown’s development he plays such great defense. If he could score a tad better it will be fantastic But Thomas I just do not get where he fits in. I guess he is younger thenJohnson and Joe was dealing with a injury but I thought they would deal Thomas to.

Couple observations ...First , Drummond has showed that he works his ass off in the offseason to get better . Saw it during preseason too , but the dude has gotten himself some darn good offensive moves , love it . There's no reason for Jackson to be on this team . Kennard was worth the wait , he just doesn't miss and this started at about the halfway point of last year . Obviously Wood is not a part of the rotation , which is sad because he offers so much . I don't get why Casey loves Maker so much .

Besides that great win tonight !!

Yeah I Agree I just don’t get the Maker love. If he would just learn to use his height he could be a weapon but the dope just likes to shoot threes. It really makes zero sense. He does hustle I will give him that. I would rather see Morris, Snell, or wood over Maker.

I don’t mind Jackson. I loved how he was cheering for the guys when he was not on the floor at the end because well Rose was better. Resting Jackson may help. Shame Rose can’t play all 82 games. He just can’t stay healthy so we have to manage his minutes.
