Detroit Lions - Team Notes

Lions TE Brandon Pettigrew (knee, reserve/PUP) could be released when healthy.
Pettigrew is on track to return in Week 7 when first eligible. It's possible the Lions move on from him if they like the progress of UDFA Cole Wick. Pettigrew should remain in Detroit, but doesn't have more than a blocking role behind Eric Ebron.

Final score: Numerous injuries, flags mark the day as Lions flail, fall to Titans 16-15.
Lions led most of the day, but penalties, injuries, and blunders gradually let the game get away.
