Tigers injury updates: James McCann has stitches removed, expected back Tuesday.
Mlive

Tigers catcher James McCann got five stitches removed from his hand on Friday and planned to take some swings on Saturday.
Tigers second baseman Ian Kinsler (hamstring) should also come off the disabled list on Tuesday, Ausmus said.
Jim Adduci, on the DL since May 12, is no closer to a return. He has been throwing the ball, but felt some discomfort when he swung a bat a few days ago in Kansas City.
He would also require a rehab assignment before returning.

Friday night, Miguel Cabrera became the eighth player in MLB history to reach 1,000 extra-base hits in his first 15 seasons, joining a group that includes Hall of Famers Lou Gehrig, Stan Musial and Hank Aaron.
Albert Pujols has the most such hits all time in a player's first 15 seasons, with 1,159.
