Great article on him in the Detroit News:

Dorsey admits his turnaround at GRCC couldn't happen if he didn't let his guard down, get honest with himself and be willing ask for help. He spends most of his free time watching football with teammates, envisioning a day he can strap on a winged helmet, run out of the Michigan Stadium tunnel and slap the famous "Go Blue" banner.
Dorsey said he's determined to stay out of the police blotter, and describes the previous criminal charges as being "in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people."
"People will say, 'Dang, that's supposed to be you out there making that play,'" Dorsey said. "But I try not to look at it that way. I want to show everyone that I'm doing what I'm supposed to do and can be great no matter where I go."
As Dorsey received treatment on his ankle he wore a Block M stocking hat. Asked about the accessory, Dorsey pulled a pair of maize and blue gloves out of his pocket.
"I'm going to get to the next level," he said, grinning.
...
"If I can get into the school, I know I'll find a way to make the team," he said. "Nobody knows how bad I want it."
...
Confidence clearly isn't a quality Dorsey is afraid to show. He points to his Block M knit hat as the only motivation he needs.
"This M stands for Michigan, but it also stands for Miracle," said Dorsey. "Anybody who believes I'm not going to do something; I make it a point to turn them into a believer.
Kind of makes you root for the guy a little bit.
