I doubt he cares less about anyone else than any other politician, including loonbag septuagenarian socialist Bernie Sanders. While he does suck, he's still the best POTUS since Reagan, and for reasons you've stated, I doubt he cares at all about being booed.

In Bernie's case, his lunacy and the folly of his ideology is well known, and there are actually people dumb enough to support his candidacy for the nomination.
