It was not Chris Berman; it was his wife. Berman was at a Mets-Giants game at the time.

It was a little insensitive of the police officer who wrote the police report to have described her car as "bumblin' and stumblin'" just prior to the collision and the condition of the road as being "frozen tundra."

The worst was when the officer wrote that just before she crash it look like she "could go all the way" home.
