Well, in a case like this, you have to wait for the legal system to play out. Its not a slam dunk like a dui.

a DUI shouldn't be either, unless there's embarrassing video tape or something like that, or people died.

you can challenge a lot of the evidence at court; breathalyzers can be wrong. the cop could be wrong, etc.

sounds like Fitz case wouldn't apply though.

My guess is fitz will plead it down get community service and maybe get his license suspended and maybe an alcohol awareness class and a year of probation. Lets just hope he knows he cant drive himself to his probation appointment if he has a suspended license

conversion is the wrongful exchange/disposition of property other than your own, or that you have no right to. here, some guy stole some shit and then sold it, and got caught. or maybe knowingly sold stolen property.
