He was still going to the ground! Call it something else, but that wasn't a late hit at all...

The nfl just needs to make a rule that if a receiver goes to the ground during the catch he's down...no need to touch him. Then the safety and DBs won't have to make a decision and they protect the receiver like they want to. But don't call these bs personal fouls.
