3 three worst teams in MLB for run differential

Tigers: -203
Orioles: -177
White Sox: -107

Imagine what that number would look like if we hadn't pitched so well for the first 40 games of the season?

Since May 12th:

DET 12-49 .197 WPCT -166 runs

BAL 20-43 .317 WPCT -102 runs

CHW 27-35 .435 WPCT -82 runs

Remember what you wish for. Lions could just be as bad and based on history you'll be just as disappointed.

what the hell kind of angle was that Niko ?? Should have caught that ball and hes dogging after the ball

The lions will win their div and a playoffs game this season

I'm not going to predict similar to that yet, but no way will they be as bad as this Kitties team is, unless there are some season-ending key injuries, including QB Stafford early.

Lose their 5th in a row, and lose yet another series since the ASB.

It doesn't matter if we have all the stud pitchers in the minors, soon to be MLB ready. We absolutely have no offense and none anywhere close to being MLB ready.

Buff-buff-buff....shine up those Tigers turds, boys!!

Sooner or later, the national sports MSM are going to take notice, and will be uploading brief blurbs on this alarmingly terribad team, and its increasingly more likely date with historical infamy.

"The Tigers? run differential of -2.1 per game has now officially surpassed the 2003 team?s mark of -2.08 per game. Only 6 teams in history had a worse mark than the 2003 Tigers, none of them more recent than 1954. History is being made before your eyes." --BYB postgame comment

Mariners 8 - Tigers 1: The Tigers are flirting with historic ineptitude.
No offense, terrible defense, leaving pitchers in too long, you know the drill.

Listless Tigers beaten 8-1 by Mariners, fall 40 games under .500
Detnews

It was the Tigers 23rd loss in 24 games against the American League West. But wait, there?s more. Since 2015, the Tigers are 48-100 against West Division teams.

Detroit Tigers observations: Tyler Alexander starts well, then stumbles.

Tigers 2019 payroll is ~$117M. Taking out the very dead money being paid to Verlander and Fielder, and subtracting the might as well be cut loose dead money of Migwell and Zimmerbust, the payroll shrinks to ~48M...which would be the lowest BY FAR in MLB.

Ya get what ya pay for...but not with the Tigers.
