Fiers left Wednesday's game against the Reds with a left lower shin contusion.

Fiers lasted just two innings before getting hit in the shin by a line drive. He struck out one, gave up two hits and did not allow a run. The seriousness of the issue and whether or not he'll be forced to miss a start remain to be seen.

That would not surprise me one bit, that crap is toxic few months ago I did some push ups on the local football field and could smell that toxic crap that same night I flared up for the first time in months. Immediately said well that’s the last time I do push ups on grass..nothing but pavement now
