Bring back the original Doubleheaders. I've been to two back in the day and they were awesome. 20 minutes between games. Crowds were always filled with excitement even on bad teams. Its a shame.

If Ernie Banks was still alive he'd look at this Tigers team and say "“Let’s Lose Two.”

Norris gets first 2 outs with 3 pitches. Then 11 pitch at bat vs Abreu ends in a solo HR. 1-0 going into bottom 1st.

Hey this game is on national TV, MLB network. Jay Leno (my old boss) is a guest host on Hoda and Jenna, neither of whom ever is on the show.

I’ll turn the game on when this is over.

He threw Abreu one too many pitches.

You worked for Jay Leno? Are you Kevin Eubank?

Tigers strand bases loaded. White Sox did everything possible to help us score, and we couldn't. A hit 2 errors and a walk yields nothing.

No, man, you and I have talked about this.

When the theater wasn?t full-some people find this hard to believe but it frequently wasn?t-I would stand out front of the Chinese theater and give away free tickets to the taping.

So I didn?t really work for Leno or directly for the Tonight Show-I was a contractor to a contractor to a contractor do a contractor-but also in a way I kind of did.

Jay is a little unusual in that he warms up the audience himself before the show-most hosts don?t do that-and from time to time, he would talk to somebody in the audience who I had sent and that person I told him that they had gotten their ticket from Jeff out front of the Chinese theater, and Jay would say ?go back and tell Jeff that he should come to the show sometime.?

And that person would come back and tell me that.

Never went though. It was kind a like a New Yorker never going to the Statue of Liberty.

Yes but my memory needs a nudge now and then.

First game aside I can see why our rook 2 strikes out a lot.

11 game homestand.

Lost the first game down by two the second one.

Can they manage to lose all 11?
