Tarik Skubal was magnificent yesterday, generating 21 whiffs and striking out 9 Mariners in 7.0 IP. Skubal is the best pitcher in baseball. His level of dominance in tandem with unmatched consistency is otherworldly!

Mize pitched a couple scoreless innings for toledo tonight. No wonder he was pissed about getting moved to the 60 day IL. He's healthy and now will be stuck in Toledo for the next month. This front office is stupid. They have plenty of turds on the 40 man they could release.

Same thing with greene, he had some minor hitch in his hamstring and now hes been out 2 weeks and no return date even talked about. I guess this is some sort of "rebuild" year whos primary objective is not to win games. kinda sucks for the fans.
