The ignoring of Johnson reminds me of how Wayne Fontes used to go away from Barry some games. You've got to get him the ball somehow some way. It's just not acceptable to throw to him only once or twice in a half, if not for the Minny TOs we'd be down.

Oakland is going to run down hill on us...I think Slick is right about that one... Just terrible defense and terrible tackling... We have no shot to go 3-1 with this defense against good teams.

Ok. On the bright side, they have pretty much absorbed the solid play from the vikes (aside from their turnovers). They're due to stall for some series now. Hopefully we can take advantage of it in the second half.

FWIW...Lions have now scored more points in 2011 than they did in 2010. Unfortunately the D is on pace to be right about where they were last year in PA. I sure thought the D would have had improved more than that.
