Bush and Waddle, Ansah in second half for the Eagles game (Plus Jones and Broyles of course). Plus a nice blizzard (much more than normal snow games).
Ansah, Bentley,Quin (second half), Burleson (Jones and Broyles) for Steelers game

Bucs game I got nothing but they are a hot team and are good at forcing turnovers (+8 even without the +5 day against Detroit). I could also use the bogus personal foul on Young extending the Bucs FG drive and the Houston injury (noted it was before the Underwood long TD play). And all around general flukiness of the Durham fumble and Calvin int.

This is a new game, LKP. No need to tell us we were unlucky in 3 other losses.it's time too move on..

"Stafford was tired, he's not used to playing at night"

The reasoning behind Stafford's 4 picks.

"The temperature inside Ford Field was 72 degrees rather than the typical 71 degrees."

This is why Houston got beat late.

Injury is much different than your garbage you are spewing. If you can't see the difference, I can't help you.

But anyway, Houston missed practice again today(toe). Ansah and Bush practiced (probably limited).

We have a better chance if Houston doesn't play. Regardless who's behind him.

Broyles didn't do anything when he was healthy.....u shouldn't be listing him as a reason we lost after he got hurt. ...again.

Broyles was limited with his knee. He was never fully healthy. But he has better hands than Durham. If Broyles was healthy, there would be less Durham. And not being able to use a 2nd round pick is big. Chicago was using their 2012 pick Alshon Jeffrey.

Oh Cobb/Finley got hurt. Well Young went insane and Burleson/Broyles got hurt. And we had bigger fish to fry getting Quin, Bush, Jones, Ansah, Slay and Warford. WR suffers now with Durham/Ogletree.

Would we still have lost to Pittsburgh if we had Burleson/Broyles. We will never know. You can assume we still would have lost but you are naturally pessimistic. But they are injuries and change things nonetheless. Injuries are one of several reasons we lost that game. Weather being another one. Poor 3rd down stopping in the 4th Quarter another. 3 turnovers and a botched fake FG, another. Poor tackling on Brown(Houston/Quin) and poor bump and coverage on Brown by Delmas another. Would the 3rd down stops be better if Quin and Bentley played change things since Carey and Gomes were the only ones targetted on that long Pittsburgh drive. Very well could have since Quin and Bentley have more talent in coverage. But we'll never know.

Yes it would be big. Except we drafted a fifth round guy in round two. Broyles stinks. He stinks big.

No he wasn't...he was fully cleared, in pads, on the field...and didn't produce. Cobb and jones go down....Boykin, finley and nelson have big games. Its on the qb if you have injuries and you can't get any production from the back ups.

Yes he was. Limited snaps especially earlier in the season.

Stafford has had production so you are talking out of your behind saying the Lions didn't produce. Calvin, Bush, Bell, Durham, Pettigrew, Burleson, Fauria have all produced with Stafford.

Losing Burleson and Broyles for that game does change things. We'll never know for the better or good. And the more relevant injuries for that game are Ansah, Bentley and Quin plus second half weather since we scored 27 plus a FG "attempt". Stop deflecting and focusing solely on Broyles when I listed several more important others in that game.

Another Broyles argument??

No way.

It's more of an injury argument but hughes chooses to focus on Broyles when I give him a nice long big list of others injured for the Steelers game.

And not being able to use on the field 2nd round picks from 2010-2012 can be a reason we lost too. Other teams are certainly using those 2nd round picks and its helping them. Unknown injury circumstances or blame Mayhew if you want for that but Mayhew's hits far outweight his 2nd round failures.

Cause you listed broyles
