Madden also got even for ginn hitting Riley with a pitch in the top of the third, by hitting rooker with a pitch in the bottom of the third.
I said it in one of the games Friday or Saturday how I have hated the a's since the mid 60's for their head hunting Tigers batters.
Fuck the oakland a's and wherever they go after this season.

The Detroit Tigers traveled to the West Coast and won three of six games against the San Diego Padres and Oakland Athletics. However, the Tigers actually sit even further behind the Twins in the wild-card race because of the new tiebreaker rule, which has been in place since 2022 when the playoffs expanded from 10 teams to 12 teams.
