This story tells me that Chris Ilitch wants 24 players making less than a million per year and Miggy makes $25M. Yeah, Zimmersucks well he will be gone asap too.
This was the mandate that stupid Al Avila had when he said "we are open for business", to wit, sell off every high priced player.
I will believe if I/we see them do anything in the next 2/3 years when the good young pitchers come up and if they do any signing of position players in FA.
Because God knows they have little if any impact position player bats in the system.
