Game 5: Cardinals @ Lions Thread

We threw the ball 5 times in a row inside of 7 yards. This after throwing 3 screen plays in a row the last drive.

This just goes to show how horrendously bad Denver's and Seattle's offenses are to have stayed in those games for as long as they did.

It almost looks like some of these guys are fking up on purpose maybe they want Lombardi fired to

Palmer averaging 13 yards per pass attempt compared with Stafford's 6.

I'm pleased that I don't get to see the Lions on TV until Thanksgiving. Small miracles.

Still winless vs. ranked opponents. A little too Stafford-esque if you ask me...

You know who else seemed to lose games against top ranked opponents? Peyton Manning. At least from memory it seemed like Tennessee never won the big games.

That might have been as bad of a half as I've ever seen the Lions play. The mistakes were too numerous to recount. The offensive play calling went into a shell after some success early. Zona just sat back and took advantage of our numerous errors.

The team is about ready to quit. I see guys playing for stats.

I would like to think that JC is reaming them in the locker room right now but I think we all know better.

They won their NC with Tee Martin
