Chafin Flaherty one outstanding rehab job..
but otherwise..pretty big bag of..nothing..no trades..no real long term impact.

Mark Canha (left hip soreness) is waiting for more information about his medical tests, but his hip has been bothering him for about a week, getting worse and worse. It's unclear if Canha will end up on the injured list, Colt Keith with a 152 OPS+, a 152 wRC+, and a .385 wOBA in the month of May. for now, A.J. Hinch considers him day-to-day. Tigers
Mark Canha (hip) isn’t going on the injured list, at least not yet. He expects to play a full game tomorrow, which will be the big test for his status moving forward. He said he has a psoas strain.“It didn’t feel good yesterday,” Canha said, “and it feels a lot better today.”

Carp is likely out for a minimum of 6-8 weeks.
The injury to Kerry Carpenter is now being described as a "lumbar spine stress fracture," per the Tigers' medical report. It was originally described as a lumbar spine inflammation.
Dr. Google says that lower back stress fractures take up to 3 months to recover from.
Injuries & Moves: No timeline for Carpenter (lumbar spine stress fracture).

Kerry Carpenter's injury is much worse than Tigers fans could have imagined.
Detroit revealed that their best hitter this year is probably going to be out for a lot longer than originally thought.

Detroit Tigers' Spencer Torkelson is once again going under. In the last week, he's been hitting under .100 and routinely striking out 3x/game. He's got 20 more SOs than Javier Baez. His DRS is last in MLB for 1B and he's also got one of MLB's lowest OPS. Nothing is going right.

Just turn game on. Olson getting zero run support I see. Maybe in the 6th.

Sigh. Perez hits it good. Just a good catch. Vierling doubled off 2nd.

Never saw a pitcher just walk himself into the dugout after a HR without the manager going out and getting him.

There is no other team that would still have Tork taking at bats on their big league team. He needs to go down and try to fix the gigantic hole in his swing.
