Sold mine to a friend I went to college with. Lives in the UP, first Lions game. He'll be louder than I would've been.

Hope we start fast tomorrow and don't let up. 3-3 gives us a chance......2-4 puts the nail in the playoff coffin IMO.

Another game that looks winnable. Concerned that Gurley could finally have his breakout game. Hoping Ansah is 100% and can breathe some life into this defense. 3-3 would be pretty awesome after starting 1-3. Small miracles.

Enjoy the game booger, I hope they pull it off for you.

Limit gurley and avoid turnovers. Dline needs a good day with ansah back, taylor healthier and rams oline having problems

Keep the wins coming please detroit

Wow. According to KCs notes, Washington out. Good luck Forsett, we have you and Zenner and no one.

Lions need a W today. Hopefully they can get it done. Have to miss this one.

Robert Quinn is out, brockers in, hayes in, Washington is out

Warford out. That sucks. Ansah back though

Lions deserve a blown out win . Man only 2 running backs is not good. Adjustments.
Can the lions make them at halftime and in game ...

INACTIVES: Lions vs. Rams.

Detroit will also be without the services of tight end Eric Ebron (ankle) for a second-straight week.
Joining Levy, Ngata, Riddick, Washington, Warford and Ebron on the Lions’ inactive list is cornerback Adairius Barnes.

Larry Warford being inactive for the Lions is going to be problematic for them. Likely means Graham Glasgow is starting at guard with Laken Tomlinson.

To recap Lions inactives, starting DT, LG, OLB, TE and top two RBs all out. But the Lions do have Ezekiel Ansah back.

CHECKING IN ON 2-3 TEAMS' PLAYOFF ODDS.
Since 1990, teams that started 2-3 have made the playoffs 21 percent of the time, according to ESPN Stats & Info. Last season, a pair of teams (the Chiefs and Texans) even rallied from 1-4 starts.

Never seen that before. A bunch of the Rams defensive linemen ran past the goal post at Ford Field and all started hitting it. As each one did, the post started shaking more and more violently. After moving back and forth for at least a minute after, the post finally settled down.

Interesting: Lions' Laken Tomlinson lining up at RG in warmups with Graham Glasgow at LG with Larry Warford out. Tomlinson had been playing -- and struggling -- at LG this year. Also means a potential all-rookie left side of the line with LT Taylor Decker and Glasgow against the Rams' formidable front. Pay attention to that if Matthew Stafford is under duress today.

Also interesting -- and maybe precautionary -- but FB Michael Burton lined up as the deep back for Detroit with the second unit. Have to wonder if he's the grinder back if the Lions have a lead late.

After running out of the tunnel, Lions S Tavon Wilson ran to the opposite end zone and started waving his arms to pump up fans.

Massive cheer for Barry Sanders, including "Barry, Barry, Barry" when he's announced as an honorary captain.
