Avila hasn't exactly traded for studmuffins over the past two seasons, but to be fair, only Verlander was an absolute steal for any of the acquiring ballclubs....JD hit well for the DBacks, but they were unable (or unwilling) to retain him by signing before he hit FA in the ensuing offseason.
