Sanchez will make his first start against the Tigers since departing the club in 2017.

Tigers happier to see Sanchez than to face him.
Castellanos home run is only score against respected former teammate.

Nationals 3 - Tigers 1: The squander never ends.
The pitching was solid and they had their chances but the Tigers dropped their eighth in a row.

How anyone would pay for season tickets to watch this blazing dumpster fire of a team lose @ a 75%+ home game clip since April, and often beat themselves with bad defense and baserunning is beyond me, What evidence is there that the '20 team will be even marginally better next season, or the one who they field the season after that?

I hope Max throws a perfecto on Sunday and the score is a tidy 9-0.

2-21 by my count in their last 23 home games. Doesn?t include the delayed but all but assured makeup resumption loss against Oakland. That?s almost impressive it?s so bad. I truly think minor league clubs could go 2-21 against MLB squads.
