Lot of talent here. I'm curious why you have Pujols on here but not Cabrera? Nonetheless, I'll go with a favorite -- Lou Gehrig.

Pujols put up #s on par with all time greats. If his career ended today, he's in the HOF. If Cabrera's ended today, he's not.

But Inge is a Hall of Famer! hehe....

Speaking of which, I was watching something on Thor on the history channel and they spoke of a King Inge...wonder if they are related. This Inge burnt down a Norse temple or something.

Someone named Ingebj

i put pujols, i think when all is said and done he will be the best. cabby is too young still but has a chance to be up there.

It's Gehrig,
Take your next picks from Musial, Foxx, Pujols, and Greenberg.
Sisler, Terry, consistency Murray, Mize, sluggers Killebrew, McCovey.
19th century Brouthers, Anson.
There are many to pick from at 1B.

Gehrig has a better career BA, OBP and OPS. And i can't imagine Pujols will get better. His numbers will start to drop a bit. So not sure how he'll surpass the Ironman.

I am surprised only 2 guys have gotten votes.

Lot of great 1B but one is clearly the best. Now if the vote was your favorite player there would probably be more guys getting vote.
