HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUDDY!!!!!!

Have a great day. Treat yourself to some Cuban Cigars.. I would put in a request to Jimmy smokes on your behalf to keep Mudhen on the bench but Smokes missed Raburn dropping that can of corn last night in right field.. Anyway take care buddy.

Happy Birthday to our longtime Tigers' ESPN messageboard and now Proboard "guru" Ron, aka Kaline Country!!

You guys sure know how to make an old fart like me get a bit nostalgic :'( :)
Thanks to each of you for your kind and thoughtful words,
I want to see another Tigers World Series Championship, but I hope all you guys see several Tigers Championsips in your life by the time you get to my age, as well as a Detroit Lions Superbowl Win.
These past few years since retiring have been made most enjoyable by reading and posting with "all" of you, before at espn, and now here.

Today, I was able to spend the day with my 80 something year old mom.
God Bless her for putting up with me as a wild and crazy teen and early 20's kid. You only have one set of parents, and most of us when young can't wait to move out, but if you and they live a long enough life, you are thankful and appreciative of them all the more. For me, every day is a gift.

Tigers game thread up at 5PM.

Ron,
For your birthday I wish you at least one trip to the Copa in 2012.
Your obedient son,
Charlie

Slick should have been right... How did he know the Angels organization was going to be totally gutless and not play anybody!!!!
