It's not a reach if all 32 GMs had him rated 28 or around there. That is all that matters. And that is unknown.

And even if they didn't have him ranked 1-27. They could have had him ranked 28th still. Or they could have picked 10th, took the 10th guy on their board and have LT ranked 15th. We don't know.

You keep on saying a full round..but the 2nd round was 5 picks later. You say many had him as a 2nd round, that's a few lousy picks. Not a full round..
