Hit On Talib

The pick play rule in general needs to be enforced more....that play is bullshit. The fact edleman got called for the exact same thing the previous drive and welkers was a no call is a joke. Its pass interference every time and they need to enforce it more often....the defense has enough going against them. The fast the offensive guy is allowed to interfere now is completely ridiculous.

You might be right, seemed lower the first time I saw the play. Seeing it again, it seems like it was an okay block. I guess I'm not sure..

that's the point....your not allowed to "block" someone on a pass lol.

Funny thing is I see still shots around the net showing what appears to be welker going low but in reality the still shot is from after the contact as they were both starting to fall down...it's all dramatized for max effect and ratings

its a bullshit play but bellichek has no right to cry about it cause his guy did the same exact thing the series prior. cant hit high, cant hit low....now you want to cry about someone hitting your guy in the ribs? give me a break....

A pick play and a guy getting blasted in the ribs are two different things.. Wes blasted the Talib and took him out... He could have accomplished he same thing with a pick and no contact.. Weird how Talib never played another down and Payton (flutter pass) took advantage of his replacement the rest of the game..

Geez if you are going to try to intentionally take someone out on a pick would you really use Wes XXXL concussion helmet Welker?

Good point..

And the "reason" Welker was let go was because he was getting "soft" and no longer up to "Patriots standards" ..... Poetic justice at worst, dose of your own medicine at best.

And Welker fucking hates Bill and leaving NE was a personal thing and choice by Welker and wife.

Another side reason to root for Denver. Former player moves on and is now in SB.

Whether it's pushing a camera guy out of they way running off the field to avoid a handshake or whining about a hit does bill have a tendency to act like a baby after big games losses? I think he might
