Couldn't post during the game bc I had to stream on my phone and cast to my TV. 90-58 blowout.
Three point shooting is going to be tough. X looks awesome. His passing is at a new level. Dropping dimes everywhere. FTs look improved too.
Iggy is a flat out scorer. Gets out of control at times bc he's young, but he's going to be damn good. Really strong going to the rim.
Matthews looks about the same except his passing. Threw some great oops to Livers. He did hit a three which is good to see.
Teske has a nice shot. Drained a three from the top of the key and you knew it was in when it left his hand.
Poole still gets out of control, but he's fun to watch. Can fill it up when he plays smart. Not as many mental lapses on D.
Livers was great running the floor. Our transition game should be a real plus this year. Guys can hit the glass and push themselves or make solid to great outlet passes. A lot of guys with that skill set. Should help us get easy buckets.
Brooks played well off the bench. Let the game come to him and ran the offense well. Played well alongside X too.
Davis should be fine as a backup 5 until Johns is ready for more PT. He's not ready yet. Game still looks a bit too fast for him.
DeJulius, Nunez, and Castleton barely played. Don't expect to see much of them this year.
D was suffocating outside of relaxing when we built big leads. Young team thing. Yak will teach them to be better. No worry there.
It's phenomenal to have hoops back! Go Blue!
