Nah, I'm just weird: I get up early, shower*, eat breakfast, then take a "nap" before getting back up at about 6:45. I get to work a little after 7:00, but I like to have some time at the office to myself before my colleagues come in later.

* I started getting up at 5:00 because there used to be more people in my house and we only had one bathroom with a shower, so I wanted to take mine first. I just do it now out of habit.
