no, it's not total horseshit. It's not even a little bit horseshit. Jobs were first lost from the rust belt to lower cost regions within the US and they continued to be lost as jobs started to be offshored. Horrendous trade deals and overly burdensome regulation contributed to that trend. To say it has nothing to do with unions making laborers more expensive and it's because of a handful of boats is complete and utter horseshit.
