I agree with you totally about countries getting thier money out of our politics and also overturning citizens untied so neither party benifits from it. Putin will prefer one candidate over another based on what he thinks is best for his country. I don't think he'd support a candidate based on the needs of the middle class in the US.

I just don't think him backing any particular candidate is an indictment of that candidate or their character. I think Trump is a reckless demagogue but I don't think Putin liking or disliking him really matters to us.

there has been 1 national presidential and 1 midterm election since citizens united - the Rs took over the Senate and some governorships in that time, only because of Citizens United, has nothing to do with an electorate fed up with Obama's policies.

Curious to know this - if you want big money interests out of politics, does that include unions too? I'm fine with it if you get rid of all big money special interests. If not, then it's a free for all.

I mention unions didn't I? Get the money out of everything but also make it easier for workers to join a union if they want to. Because you know big business hates unions and Republicans have been trying to stamp them out which needs to stop. Right to work states blow when the employer has all the power and the worker is powerless.
