No I didn't and you basically just dodged yourself as I said the Gop and Marco Rubio really did hurt the ACA. It's fact he did and I have posted it many times. The Gop did nothing to help the ACA. Why is that ? Whatever I don't care the Republicans do not give a shit about people and all they wanted to do is campaign on what's wrong with ACA. They did and now they have to provide a better cheaper plan but the have no plan as you know.
