Lions lowball George Johnson Bucs sign him to 3 year offer sheet

That's what I meant..whatever Mayhew does..LKP think's it's a great move.

Yeah, but by the same token, whatever Mayhew does, it's automatically the dumbest thing ever done by a GM according to mchughes.

Anybody but me think there is a good chance they are both just split personalities of the same insane person?

Tell me one thing about mayhew i said was false.

Best
Titus
Broyles
Leshoure
Spievey
Mike thomas
Schwartz extension
Avril debacle
Putting suhs highest cap year during his last year
Drafting

These have been the issues ive "cried" about.....who was right? And No, none of this was hindsight bullshit. Ive had legitimate gripes in regards to all of these things when they happened and they all turned out bad for this organization. Thats my fault?

Suh has a lower cap number than Ngata right now. We could have gotten him. We chose not pay 19 per. Smart move since we got Ngata instead.

And yes we could have restructured people to fit him on the franchise tag.

Ngata is a 1yr fix, they haven't even talked about an extention,,, his cap # will be 20 mil next yr, it will be too late then

On the flip side he put a playoff team together with very few significant FA's...Tate, Quin, Tulloch, none making over $5.5mil/yr...

Most people thought we'd have a winning team last year. Sos was awful and everyone knew min would suck and Chi would slide. I predicted 10 wins. I was wrong and have given them credit for exceeding expectations by 1 game just so they could lose to an average team in the playoffs.

How about when you said Levy was a shit pick, couldn't play, couldn't tackle? Or when you said Reiff was a bust because he was used as a halfback his rookie year? Or Whitehead was just a "2nd string special teamer"?

It's easy to name the guys you bashed on, and then say "show me one thing".. while ignoring the guys you bashed on that panned out. I am sure, there are more, but to be honest, I'm too lazy to go back and search posts.

To be fair Reiff bashing was based on the fact our first round tackle was playing halfback while we were starting Gobstopper Cherlius and No Pants Peterson.

Avril was right call. Schwartz was right call. All those picks had talent. Beyond his control injury and insanity.

This roster is loaded with talent. Mayhew is a top gm. You were never right hughes and it is all hindsight.

11-5 means hughes is wrong about mayhew

Suhs restructures were the right call. We offered 17 per. Suh is greedy 19 per overpay. Ngata is a great addition.

Can easily franchise ngata too. His cap number won't be 20 million though we could absorb that

Reiff is not a rg. Played some that year. Backus and gosder did well. Plus that's the coaches call. So bashing mayhew for Schwartz and linehan putting reiff at third tackle, shows just how much you don't understand how it works

... with every single time one of these guys says "I am always right" in some fashion or another, I become more and more convinced they are the same person.

Most said .500 and mediocre defense

There was one shining star that said 11-5 and a top defense. Was even ridiculed for comparing to seattle.mthen we outperformed seattle. I deserve praise

levy was awful his first 2 years....it was a fact. You couldn't go a single game seeing him whiff in the whole which gave up a HUGE play. Ive said over and over and over how much hes improved the last 2 years.

I never called reiff a bust. I called Schwartz an idiot for playing Peterman and gosder over him when neither were in the long term plans. We played our 1st round lineman at fullback the ENTIRE YEAR LMAOOOOo. What a fucking dumbass franchise.....

Whitehead....im so glad you used him as an example. This is the guy who took Hogues spot....so there goes 1 5th rd pick. We used a 5th to pick him. that's two 5th round picks. And traded a 4th. that's 3 picks....most Gms would have 3 mid round picks still on their team that can all contribute. Our GM has.....well as you said it, hes STILLLLLLLLL a "2nd string special teamer." Who do you have him starting over this year?

I never said "im always right"....I said tell me what I said that was wrong. Something you continue to fail at.
