Not posting that I believe Fogle is guilty, but if he tried to delete incriminating files from his hard-drives, simply overwriting them with commercial software and/or downloaded applications is not enough. The entire drive would need to be wiped and overwritten, then degaussed and physically destroyed. His ISP's servers may also contain transfer records if he uploaded, emailed, or downloaded child porn.
