2. President Trump has engaged in impeachable conduct.
3. Partisanship has eroded our system of checks and balances.
4. Few members of Congress have read the report.

some say "I read the report and discussed with analysts in my office, and we conclude the president has committed an impeachable offense"... while others say "No he hasn't, shut up you're stupid."


Who could say one way or the other? In 21st century America, it is not possible to weigh evidence and come to a conclusion!

The only reason this Republican phony is changing his mind on Trump is because he is getting push back from his Constituents. Although I do remember he was not all that for Trump in the beginning.
