Saline in the top 10 in D1 woo hoo!

I was just there for Thanksgiving!

And look at little rural Merrill (we mispronounce the two to rhyme, like ?squirrel? or ?pearl?), my dear departed dad?s hometown, right there in the top of 4 of D1 8 man!

Looks like Saline pounded the fuck out of Ann Arbor Skyline - fuck Skyline, it didn?t even exist when I lived there.

They are playing Ann Arbor Pioneer my alma mater (and coach?s brother John; coach played there as a sooh) coming up on Friday?I love Saline but I?m kind of torn about that. I probably got to root for Pioneer.

Merrell mascot used to be the Vandals, it looks like they may have changed it to the Blue Jays.

No routing conflict there - Merrill High all the way!

When my cousin was playing football at Merrill, actually several cousins, I don?t remember that it was eight man football.

Maybe in our passified culture kids are playing soccer more.
