Another loss, another random guy has the game of his life against our defense. Yogi, then Marble, now Kaminsky a.k.a. the White Olajuwon.
We needed this game for the Big Ten race in my opinion. Now assuming we even can beat MSU at home (how confident do we feel about that now), it will still be a tough task to keep ahead of them.

As well as this team played against Iowa and Wiscy in their first matchups, they have played like shit against these teams in their second matchups. Disappointing.

frustrating all the way around.... I did not expect us to come out tis damn flat after a great road win...

I felt confident before today. Now after Iowa and today, I don't have much confidence about the MSU game. Hope they can turn it around and get back on track for the B1G tourney.

What do you mean by "random" guy? Those are 3 pretty good players.
Hopefully after the MSU game, they can focus on just playing better together. We will have 4 middle-tier opponents in a row that they can start another little winning streak heading into both tournaments.

Yup they sure are but it still is only one guy.... frustrating as that is...
Wasn't meant as a slight. I think all three guys played above their usual performances though in those games. It was more a shot at our defense, then a shot at those players.

Well, I think they had to win these games to hang on to 1st place. It was great to win at ohio*, but the losses today and to Iowa did them in. Sparty still has to play @Michigan, Iowa, and @ohio. If Michigan wants to win the season title, next week's game is critical.
Oh without question Michigan has to win next week. I think MSU is in a much better position though. Iowa at home might be a bit of a grind, but personally I think OSU is just not very good. They will not be able to score enough to beat MSU even if they are at home. They only managed 48 against Illinois.

MSU getting a lot of home calls today... Missed over and back cost Nebraska three points..
