MIT Campus Cop shot and killed

#Free Jahar hashtag making the retweets on Twitter

LOL...none of these twits...errr...I mean twitters appear to be Muslim...more like just looking for attention by making controversial tweets in support of Dzhokhar and his dead brother Tamerlan.

Interesting that Tamerlan's wife..err..widow was converted to Islam and apparently was previously Christian. They have (or rather, she has) a 3 year old daughter, and she now is being questioned by authorities. Seems that their home would be the most likely place where he and his brother would build and store the IEDs that they made, plus the guns and ammo.

Although it is reported that his widow Katherine Russell claims to have worked long hours as a home healthcare aide, unless her husband had hid their cache of weapons and bombs, she might have known that he (they) was/were up to something that was no good, but did not do or say anything about it, perhaps out of fear and/or Islamic/Koran-mandated subservience to her husband.

Horrific New Info on How Boston Suspect Drove Over Older Brother in Midnight Escape

"[Tamerlan] all of a sudden comes out from under cover and just starts walking down the street, shooting at our police officers, trying to get closer," Deveau said. "Now, my closest officer is five to 10 feet away, and they're exchanging gunfire between them. And he runs out of ammunition -- the bad guy -- and so one of my police officers comes off the side and tackles him in the street."

"We'retrying to get him handcuffed. There's two or three police officers handcuffing him in the street -- the older brother. At the same time, at the last minute -- they obviously have tunnel vision, it's a very, very stressful situation -- one of them yells out, 'Look out!' and here comes the black SUV, the carjacked car, directly at them. They dive out of the way, and he (the younger brother) drives over his brother and drags him a short distance down the street." [Emphasis added]

If Tamerlan wasn't killed as a result of the wounds that he suffered, then his younger brother having run him over and "dragging" him might have. Thing is, that there doesn't appear to be any telltale scrape marks on the image of Tamerlan's body, or at least not over the front of it.

Also the police reported that the brothers went to the back of Dzhokhar's green Honda Civic to toss a pressure-cooker bomb @ them. How did they manage to get to his car shortly after hijacking the Mercedes? Why would they need to hijack the Mercedes in the first place, if they had the Honda? They would have had to have been traveling separately when the police spotted the hijacked/stolen Mercedes and gave chase...hmm...Also neither had gun permits, and Dzhokhar was too young to obtain one anyway @ 19, so who provided them with the guns and ammo? Was the Civic left behind @ the scene of the shootout? Some unanswered questions here.

Edit: Apparently they WERE driving separately:

"During an interview with CNN Saturday, Watertown Police Chief Edward Deveau said that the Thursday gun battle erupted when one of his officers spotted the brothers in two different cars. As he called for backup, the brothers exited the vehicles and “unloaded on our officers,” Deveau said. “He was under direct fire ... He has to jam it in reverse and try to get himself a little distance.”

“They had pipe bombs and explosives,” Deveau said. “During the exchange, all of a sudden something gets thrown at police officers. We find out it was the exact bomb used in the marathon ... a pressure cooker.”

If Dzhokhar got away with the stolen Mercedes, then either he was driving it, while his older brother drove his Honda Civic, or the keys to the Mercedes were still in the car or its ignition, before he bashed through and escaped the shootout area.

Yeah, pretty interesting how the marks across head look like tire tracks. I always figured the head would be smashed flatter than that if run over, but that doesn't appear to be the case here.

Image doesn't look as gruesome as some of the things I've seen on shows like CSI.

I would think it would depend on how fast the car ran over him.

If Tamerlan's widow Katherine is found to have known about or had some type of participation in her late husband's terrorist activities after questioning, about what occurred before and/or after the bombings, and before the subsequent murder, kidnapping, carjacking and shootout, then she could be brought up on charges of conspiracy, aiding and/or abetting, and perhaps sheltering a terrorist suspect in her BIL...although of course it is as yet unknown if she had, or will be charged...and/or if she will be subpoenaed to testify in court.

Are they going to charge this nut job for murdering his own brother?

Maybe, if the coroner determines that being run over was the primary or sole cause of Tamerlan's death, but considering all of the other charges likely to be leveled on him, and the possibility that Dzhokhar could be facing the death penalty if convicted of the portion that are federal charges, it may not matter.

While he sits on death row I want him to suffer even if its as minor as knowing his brother is dead because of him.
