Nice to finally see where everyone went after ESPN originally changed the forum.

Welcome to all of the ESPN die-hard member holdouts, as we all know, the website is soon obligating members to post under their Facebook accounts and eliminating the team and league messageboards, and as a result, rendering their former SNs, some who had been in use in excess of a decade, completely useless, likely including those SNs who had ongoing subscriptions to their "exclusive" Insider service.

So that would probably mean that they would be required to go through some type of verification process to switch their subscriptions to their Facebook IDs. (If they have one, but if not, then they would need to register or otherwise cancel their subscriptions)

I was still posting occasionally on the game conversation threads for the Tigers, Lions, and more infrequently on the Red Wings and Pistons, but refuse to register for a Facebook membership.

Fuck ESPN, I will instead peruse other sports websites, (such as those that our Tigers forum moderator kalinecountry links to) for updated stats and team/player news and info.

I actually liked the NFL general board and the Tigers board at ESPN. I was kind of fun to have some non tiger fan input even if they were just trolling. The NFL general board was also fun to discuss non NFL topics. Oh well...I will be more productive at work as soon as ESPN shuts down their board!

I just hope Ilitch never Bombs .... in regards to signing Fielder.

I also worry that if Prince's AVG and couple other stats continue to go south, his weight will suddenly go North.

If things remain semi-sour with him, he may blame the weight loss.
But please Prince!! Never grow another Fidel Castro-like beard. You look much better with a short beard.
