Maybe this was a key play LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Watch the video above (it's especially clear on the replay) as Leary bearhugs Suh, who is bearing down on Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo. It was just enough of a hold that Romo was able to convert a crucial 4th and 6 throw to Jason Witten for 21 yards. Six plays later, Romo found Terrance Williams for what would be the go-ahead touchdown in the final few minutes of the game.

Suh is getting ready to crush Romo again....

I was bitching about unflagged holding calls on the Cowboys all late 3rd and 4th quarters. There were numerous times (at least 3-4 that I can recall) where I saw the DEs and DTs being wrapped up or having their jerseys pulled and Romo narrowly escaping. Ugh... this game... the more I see and hear of it, the more it pisses me off.

I'm just amazed Romo was able to complete a pass while facing pressure. I've been told all year that isn't possible for a QB to do.

If The Dallas linemen does not hold on his play Romo gets crushed...
Its 4th down...

Dallas would have had to punt...It would have been 4th and 16....
The fishiness of this game just keeps expanding...

I know it was a joke... Ziggy was tackled on the TD pass and laid on....

It's already been a tough pill to swallow. This now makes it 100 times worse.

There was 6 minutes left in the game so Dallas would have punted. Who knows what would have happened....but we do know they would not have scored a TD on that drive.

Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford wore a microphone for Sunday's game, and the audio will air Tuesday night on "Inside the NFL" on Showtime.

"Can we explain that or no?" Stafford reportedly said after the officials picked up the penalty flag on the Pettigrew incompletion. "Just flat-out overturning a pass interference call?"

Stafford later could be heard yelling, "Hooome cookin!"

With the PI not picked up and the 15 that should have been called on Dez for unsportsmanlike the team is 1st down from inside the 20. If nothing else they get a field goal meaning even if Dallas scores we don't need 6. It changes the entire game. Refs only called penalties on the Lions during key times. I hate blaming the refs but the amount of key holding calls missed on Dallas along with the two defensive holding calls on Detroit that extended dallas drives is ludicrous. the Lions should have played better down the stretch to get a bigger lead but they were playing two foes and it's ridiculous.

One of the bigger disappointments in this whole debacle is the lack of response from Caldwell. I know it is not his personality and certainly would not expect a Katrina sized hissy fit, but certainly he could have demanded a more detailed explanation from the refs and maybe even pointed out Dez's actions. Could you imagine how a coach like Bill Cowher would have reacted?

This is just fucking stupid

1. This apology never comes out if the Lions win
2. This isn't the play that everyone is talking about
3. I wouldn't be surprised if the NFL is trying to divert attention away from the non-call

Oh there is no doubt the League hates he Lions...I agree with you...
NFL is defecting...
Still some of us were spot on when we said the game was called differently from
the flag pick up until the Cowboys scored the go ahead score..

Do you remember that time maybe four years ago when the Tigers needed the Texas Rangers to lose on game 162 to the Angels in order to gain home field advantage if the two were to meet in the ALCS, and Mike Soscia (however it's spelt) had the audacity to bench both Bobby Abreu and Torii Hunter to have a look at a couple of late season called up prospects in a meaningless game for the Angels?

That motherfucker cost the Tigers the World Series Championship for that year.

Cocksuckin' Scioscia (however it's spelt).

If I were Caldwell I'd tell the league appoplogy not accepted! Then I'd call em assclowns
