In the discussion of an undocumented soldier who was in the military and was killed in combat, it was implied that the guy had lied about his status to get in.

So maybe if someone lies in order to risk their life for the US, as long as they're honorably discharged, it's understood that it would just be bad manners to punish them for that.

Keeping his cool? Jesus you're a dumbass. He accused her several times of breaking the law, she told him she was brought here when she was 5, a minor. So by not dragging herself back across the border she's been breaking the law since she was 5. Then he goes on to say it's not even her he has a problem with only the drug dealers, then tells her again how she's breaking the law. He has no clue what he means except when he's feeding the great white hate machine.

I don't know much about Steve King; I'm looking at his Wikipedia page and it's reporting that both Boehner and Eric Cantor have been critical of him for being undiplomatic in expressing himself...

So he has a kind of a track record of being viewed as a bit of a loose cannon even amongst prominent Repblicans.

He voted against legislation that would have criminalized the attendance of animal fights - I thought that already would have been - his rationale, according to Wikipedia - he put out a video clarifying his position where he defended his position by stating that it would be putting animals above humans if it was legal to watch humans fight, but not animals - that seems pretty weird to me.

As far as Rand Paul; I don't know, maybe he simply doesn't respond to strangers who aren't his constituents just approaching him unannounced as a matter of practice - I don't have anything against that.
