The board's team is coming into focus. Before returning to the field, let's finish the starting pitchers. We already have Justin Verlander and Hal Newhouser as #1s...

The list contains all Tiger starters with 100 wins (except JV and HN).

Here are the earlier results:

Catcher- Pudge
Third base- George Kell
RF- Al Kaline
CF- Ty Cobb
LF- Willie Horton
RHP- Justin Verlander
LHP- Hal Newhouser
Closer- Willie Hernandez

For the record, I voted for Morris, Lolich, and Bridges.

Morris and Lolich are probably locks. McLain is ahead of Tommy Bridges and Dan Petry for the final spot.

Yeah. If healthy I want Fidrych to be part of that rotation.

Right now, Morris, Lolich, and McLain. No one else with more than one vote.

I picked Lolich, McLain and Morris, if you add Newhouser and Verlander that's the best rotation.

If you went by WAR as a Tigers pitcher, it is Hal Newhouser, Tommy Bridges, and Lolich. Today is Mickey Lolich's birthday. Morris is 5th behind Dizzy Trout. McLain is 18th, Bunning is still 9th, Verlander already 12th.
idk, right now to pick 3, I would say Lolich, Bunning, Morris.
If Bunning had stayed with Detroit for his career he would be the leader as of now, imo. If Verlander stays a Tiger for the duration will pass every Tigers pitcher ahead of him.

I'm in elite company by going with Bunning.

This was a difficult one. Morris and Lolich were the first two picks. The third pick was the most difficult. I went Bridges, but considered McLain and Bunning. I do think Bunning would have been the RHP by a considerable margin had he remained in Detroit.
