All-Time Yikes 103 down including playoffs verses Boston LOL.

Primary team FtW/Detroit: 151-254 in these games.
Points for FtW/Detroit: 41473
Points against FtW/Detroit: 43084

The play Reggie made to prince and the play he made to tie the game were good.. But the play tied 88-88 he just dribbled and jacked up a 17 footer. Not a bad shot but I wanted him to drive to the bucket like on the tie hoop.

Pistons falling further in the draft after this OT performance.

Pistons only 5.5 games back of a playoff spot LOL.

Think we're slotted around 7 right now. Basically worthless. Pick 7-20 and you suck and will continue to suck.

Not the Pistons fault but the fault off the NBA..If you're trying to win from being average or below you basically have to tank..or have 3 superstars come to your team.

Wasn't Curry drafted 7th overall?

Jackson almost had that triple double. I guess he is top 7 in Assists and Rebounds among NBA PGs since his trade. Not too bad, just needs to turn his shot around and he could easily start scoring 20+ per game

Pistons are likely locking themselves into the 7th or 8th pick. I had hoped they would find a way to squeeze into the top 5, but this is hardly unexpected. The team just isn't as bereft of talent as those below it in the standings.

Also, let's be honest, it still feels nice to watch a win. Maybe someone like Porzingis (if Monroe leaves) falls to us anyway. I guess you never know.

Curious to see what JVG, does if/when Monroe leaves. Like we would need two starters at SF/PF.

With the salary cap possibly going up to 66million. Assuming Monroe leaves and Martin picks up his player option. We stand to be about 20 million under. We would have to resign Jackson (whose qualifying offer lands around 3.4) But he would need at least 10 more million. So we would have 10 million to spend, little more if we decline Tollivers 3 million team option.

PG - Jackson / Jennings / Dinwiddie
SG - KCP / Meeks
SF - ??? / Butler
PF - ??? / Tolliver?
C - Drummond / ???

Even with the cap escalating, I can't see the team investing 18+ million in two average to below average PGs. Unless the team can move Jennings, resigning Jackson seems like a waste of money. Also, I'm not even sold on Jackson as a starting PG long term. He can't shoot a lick, and he's a notably negative defender. His best case scenario is that he has a Jennings-esque breakout offensively (which he's never sustained for any significant stretch).

20 million probably isn't enough, but a best case scenario would be picking up Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green. Butler might be possible in a S&T by sending back Jennings since they obviously need a a PG pretty badly. Green has actually said he wants to be here, and would be an ideal ball-moving, elite defending SF who also plays some PF. If we can move Jennings, that might actually be enough money for both.

The Bulls aren't going to let Jimmy Butler leave. Somebody will offer him a max contract and the Bulls will match. Hell, they might get a deal done before free agency hits.

Green may say he will come "home" but he is in a great position out west. I wouldn't be surprised if he re-signs out there.

My guess...at the end of free agency the Pistons are stuck with more has beens
