Embiid seems to be on a bit of a Garnett path. Big man with lots of skills, who is a big time trash-talker and competitor. He probably won't end up as good as Garnett (because Garnett was freaking incredible, not because Embiid isn't elite), but could be really similar. Both were two-way phenoms. Both could do things that seemed impossible for people their size. Both are almost religiously loved in their home city, but almost universally hated (pre-Boston Garnett) outside. It would be pretty funny if Fultz or Simmons (though seems unlikely from Simmons) becomes his Marbury.
