Pistons 133 76ers 132 Final

Blake with a great decision splitting the defenders for the bucket aand one. Nice play by coach .

76ers beat the Pistons by a average of 14 points in every game verses the Pistons last season.

Blake 50-14-6
Drummond 14-16. (6 for 20)
Jackson 23-3 assists.
Smith 21-3 assists off the bench. (He has been great off the bench).
Bullock 17 3 assists.

Scoring is off the charts this season. Griffin had a huge night. Nice win.

Ish’s three point shot looks a lot stronger this year over last year .

I hope the core players stay healthy this year. I am curious how good they can be. The last couple of years they have started well and Reggie gets injured.

I think Embid is extremely talented and pretty funny. I would take him over Drummond in a heartbeat.

In a heart beat? Not even sure Embid is better let alone in a heart beat. Drummund is a better defensive player as well. Maybe if you need a FT you go with Embid.

Drummond isn't a good defender (other than rebounding) and isn't a good offensive player. He is a good rebounder, that's it.

16 a game is not a bad offensive player. Best defensive rating past 2 years.

I didn't say he was a bad offensive player...just not good.

As far as his defense, maybe he is good vs. shitty players, but it seems that he gets owned by good centers.

16 points, 5 years in a row now he lead the league in offensive rebounds (a big help to the offense). I think you're short sighting him. If he does have one bug a boo maybe outside 6 feet he's limited.

I think the problem with Drummond is that his skill set doesn't fit the current 'meta' of NBA basketball. Drop Drummond into the early to mid 2000s and I think public opinion of him is way different.

That's probably correct. If he was playing in the big ben era he'd be considered a star.
