Phils are shopping him and are willing to eat some of his salary. (MLB Net)

Two years with Philly, .335 and .339 OBP with .386 and .339 SLG. And he's older. Yeah and some wanted him for 3 years.

I'd take him in a heartbeat over Inge, Santiago or Raburn for 2nd or 3rd. We'll see what happens with Wright and Ramirez after the Reyes deal though. One or both could be on the move.

Not me bub. And I hate those other guys. But if we have to count Polanco as our big move, crap.

Polonco over Raburn at second base.... Any questions... Just get him for a year and win a title with him... Downside is he is injury prone just like Reyes so Santiago and Raburn will still have to play at least 60 games at second base..

hes 36, on the decline, and coming off double hernia surgery last i heard. no thanks.

The only way we take Polanco is if the Phillies eat all but maybe $400 k of his contract.....Kinda like what the Tigers had to do with Gary Sheffield in the last year of his contract.

And if they give us a prospect or two and we give them Inge.

The Rockies are no longer interested in Polanco because they don't feel he can play second base.
