I just read that he will have accrued 5 years of ML service time on June 8. Meaning if they want to send him to the minors, without having to first clear waivers, now is the time. Just a thought.

Get StartedI think we will learn alot about the management once Jackson returns to the lineup. If they send Berry down and keep Raburn that would prove to me that they have a secondary agenda besides winning games.
I would hope that they would either send down Raburn or Worth to make room for Jackson, (preferably Raburn) but who knows what the suit and ties will decide.

Berry is not the answer to our problems right now. The Tigers don't need another AAAA outfielder, they need a 2B. Raburn should be sent down, I agree with that, but Berry doesn't solve the 2B issue.
I can't wait to hear you guys bitch and complain how Berry isn't hitting after a week or so.
