When You have respected Media like Lynn Henning talking about Al Avila,
I hope Chris Ilitch takes notice.

Al Avila was named Tigers GM August 4, 2015. Since that day, the Tigers are 408-576. That's a .415 winning percentage. The club has had a sub .400 winning % in a season 15 times - 6 of them on Avila's watch (including this year).
