So sad. What an inspiration little Lacey was. So difficult for the family and for Adriean. Also tough for all of her supporters, she was on camera so much these last few weeks, but you could see she wasn't doing as well.

Woke up and checked twitter and saw RIP Lacey, my heart shattered right away. Sad sad sad day. I can't even begin to imagine what her family is going through.

Can't imagine what her family is dealing with right now, praying for them, there's a new angel in heaven today. Really makes you realize how important every day is on this earth.

It was very cool what the program did for her. She had a lot of great experiences and she was given a big platform to share her story. She was on the today show, nbc nightly news, she got to cut the nets down in indy, etc. She got some thrills towards the end of her battle

Even after seeing the prognosis a few months ago I didnt think she was as bad as it sounded. She had sparkling eyes and a general aura of health and well being even though she was really sick. My throat hurts from the lump ive got in it at the moment.

God bless this precious little girl and all the children who suffer to this treacherous disease.
One of, if not the saddest mystery of life is children suffering and dying.
