Boggs career could be split in two. From 1982-1991, he hit under .325 once. From 1992-1999, he hit over .325 once (.324 in 1995 to be fair).

Santos splits did not keep him out of the Hall. It was being compared to Brooks Robinson and Mike Schmidt.
